How do prompt slots work?
A slot tracks one prompt in one market, swept weekly across all 8 AI platforms. On a single-market plan, slots and prompts are the same thing: 150 slots on Pro means 150 unique queries run every Monday. On multi-market plans a prompt uses one slot per market it tracks, so the 250 slots on Growth cover, for example, 125 prompts tracked in both markets. Prompts can track your brand, competitors, or industry topics.
What is a market?
A market is a country whose AI answers you monitor. AI models often recommend different brands to a buyer in the US than to one in the UK or Australia, so each market runs your prompts the way a local buyer would ask them. Starter and Pro include 1 market, Growth 2, and Agency 3.
What is an on-demand run, and how does the run budget work?
Every plan runs a full automatic sweep of all your prompts each Monday, and you can start that same collection on demand: use one when you have shipped a change and want proof it landed without waiting for Monday.
