When am I paid?
Commissions are released 30 days after each payment, once the refund window has closed, and paid out when your balance reaches $50.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals are removed and repeated attempts close the account.
Do my terms change later?
No. The rate and tier you joined on stay in force for you. We may offer a different rate to new partners in future; it never applies to you retroactively.
Does the discount stack with other offers?
One discount at a time. A customer arriving on your link gets the partner offer; your commission is calculated on what they actually pay.
Which plans count?
Every self-serve plan, monthly or annual.
Do I have to say that I earn a commission?
Yes. Wherever you share your link, say plainly that you earn a commission if the reader subscribes. The Australian Consumer Law and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) require it, and so do the terms.
