Billing and plans.

Plans differ by how much you measure, not by how many brands you own. Workspaces and brands are unlimited on every plan; prompt volume, markets, competitor slots, and manual runs are what change.

The plans

Annual billing is available on every plan at a discount to twelve monthly payments. The current prices are on the pricing page, which is the authority if anything here disagrees with it.

Above the self-serve ladder sits an Enterprise arrangement, which is a conversation rather than a checkout.

What is metered

Prompts

The core unit. Each plan includes a number of prompt slots shared across your projects, and every tracked prompt takes one slot in every market you track it in.

Slots are the reason plans do not need brand limits. A workspace tracking one brand deeply and a workspace tracking three brands lightly consume the same capacity, so CiteHawk charges for the measurement rather than for the number of names.

Markets and countries

AI platforms answer the same question differently depending on the country they answer for. Tracking a prompt in two markets means asking it twice, so markets multiply prompt consumption rather than adding to it.

Each plan includes a number of markets, shown in the table above. Additional countries are available as an add-on.

Manual runs

Collections run automatically every week. A manual run is one you trigger yourself, for when you have shipped a change and do not want to wait for Monday. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and the allowance resets with the calendar month.

The free trial

New accounts open with a 14-day trial. No card is required, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

The trial opens features, not data. During the trial you get the wider feature set, but your prompt volume, market count, and AI platform coverage stay at the level your subscription actually pays for. A trial workspace collects the base set of 9 AI platforms.

That split is deliberate. Data volume is what CiteHawk pays for on your behalf every week, so a trial that handed out unlimited collection would be a different product from the one you would then buy.

When the trial ends, the workspace keeps working at its own plan level. Nothing is deleted.

Add-ons

If a plan fits except for one dimension, add capacity to it rather than jumping a tier:

Add-ons bill on the same interval as your subscription and can be added or removed as your measurement changes. Add-on availability depends on the pricing model your subscription is on; if the option is not offered in your billing settings, your subscription predates it and the upgrade path is a plan change instead.

Changing or cancelling

Plan changes, payment details, invoices, and cancellation are all handled from your billing settings in the app. Billing is tied to your account rather than to any one workspace, so moving between workspaces does not change what you pay.

Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your collected data in place for the rest of the period you have paid for.
