Reports and sharing.

Reports turn a workspace into something you can hand to somebody else: a shareable web report, a spreadsheet export, or a live Google Sheets sync.

What it is

Most AI visibility work has to be explained to somebody who was not in the product. Reports exists for that handover, and it keeps the receipts principle intact: a shared report still shows the AI answers behind its numbers, so the recipient can check the claim rather than take it.

Shareable web reports

A report is a web page with its own link. Share the link and the recipient sees the report without needing a CiteHawk account. Reports can be generated on demand or on a schedule.

CSV, JSON, and Google Sheets

For analysis outside CiteHawk, export to CSV or JSON, or connect a Google Sheet that stays in sync. Teams that keep their reporting in a spreadsheet usually want the Sheets sync; teams building something on top of the data usually want the API or the MCP server instead.

White-label and agencies

Agency plans can put their own branding on client-facing reports. The prospect-audit and portfolio surfaces are built on the same reporting machinery. See Billing and plans for which tiers include which agency surfaces.
